How do you ship?

We ship exclusively via UPS.

When will my order ship?

Orders received before 1:30 pm Central Standard Time (Monday thru Friday) should ship the same day. Orders received after 1:30 pm Central Standard Time should ship the following business day. We ship from Carrollton, TX 75007

How long will it take for my order to get here?

It usually takes 3 to 4 business days after an order is shipped to arrive at its destination. Look at the UPS map below for more information. If you need the package sooner we also offer 2-Day and overnight shipping.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are non-refundable and calculated at the time of your order.
The number of pairs in your order and your location will determine the shipping cost. We charge actual UPS shipping charges.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently do not ship internationally. We apologize for this inconvenience.

 

 

Return Policy:

 

We appreciate your business & hope that you are happy with the item(s) you have selected. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return within 30 days of the shipping date on your invoice for a refund.

  • We do not refund original shipping or return shipping charges.
  • Items returned must be in their original packaging & saleable condition(we recommend trying your new shoes on a carpeted floor to prevent scratching on the sole) in order to receive credit.
  • Returns should be sent via a shipper that offers tracking(i.e. UPS or USPS). We are not responsible for any return items lost in shipping.
  • For exchanges, your credit card will be authorized & charged as a new transaction when your order/exchange item(s) are processed & shipped.
  • Once your product is received, the credit for the returned item(s) will be credited to your credit card. The availability of funds to your account may depend upon the amount of time it takes your bank to clear the funds(often up to 3 days).
  • We do not repair, replace or refund claims for merchandise not purchased on our website. Any claims must be handled with the store where the shoes were purchased in accordance with their store’s return & refund policies.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days.
