I purchased this shoe in an 11W. I couldn't get the shoe on my foot because the instep was too tight. This shoe fits all the boxes of what we want. It's beautiful, can be causal or dressy and has a low heel that older women can walk in and look dressed. Don't throw the design away. You can make an 11WW, put elastic ease points on each side of the top of the shoe or push the top of the shoe closer to the tops. Please help us mature ladies.
